HR Specialist (Training) Maritime MNC

Our client is a listed company in marine and shipping industry Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a HR Specialist to join their HR Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West area easily accessible.

Duties of HR Specialist:

• Responsible for overseeing the complete range of personnel management procedures, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding and offboarding, professional development, and other operational activities within the HR domain.
• Ensuring compliance and currency of job descriptions, conducting internal audits, and managing internal communications within the HR department.
• Enhancing and supervising processes related to learning and development.
• Establishing and overseeing comprehensive organization-wide initiatives for learning and development, including the training plan and budget allocation.
• Acting as the main point of contact for training providers and vendors, while taking the lead in promoting employee engagement and staff well-being.
• Managing various programs, such as employee orientation, talent retention, and international internship initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma in HRM
• Possess IHRP-CA certification is an added advantage
• 3 years experinece handling full spectrum L&D
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications and HRIS
