Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, selection, and candidate experience.
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with TAFEP guidelines and uphold equal employment opportunities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and meet manpower needs.
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs with Institutions of Higher Learning.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Review and enhance recruitment policies and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
  • Support HR operations, employee engagement activities, and HR-related projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment and sourcing within a similar capacity, preferably in an MNC environment handling highvolume hiring.
  • Prior experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
