Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, selection, and candidate experience.
- Ensure hiring practices comply with TAFEP guidelines and uphold equal employment opportunities.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and meet manpower needs.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs with Institutions of Higher Learning.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Review and enhance recruitment policies and processes for greater efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
- Support HR operations, employee engagement activities, and HR-related projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment and sourcing within a similar capacity, preferably in an MNC environment handling highvolume hiring.
- Prior experience in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
