Job Description

Our client is a leading Multinational Tech company, developer of personal-computer software systems and applications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a point of contact with payroll operations and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with HR vendors and monitor their performance and managing the contracts & PO.
  • Raise Purchase Orders for locally initiated benefits (we have at minimum 8 suppliers for outplacement service, insurance, tax, legal, EAP, immigration etc).
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance and readiness of company local entity for all government statutory inspections
  • Manage & coordinate with the appointed agency for quarterly submission on mandatory government/statutory reporting.
  • Facilitate the new hire onboarding process and orientation, documents collection from employee and managing & updating employee physical P-File among stakeholder internally.
  • Advise when needed on employee offboarding processes locally.
  • Act as the Local HR compliance champion and conduct audits and trainings as needed.
  • Acting as company representative in case of request on local government department (etc, Immigration department for visa cases & others).
  • Manage the tracking tool, data management, communication to each stakeholder and consultation on the proper changes and actions based on the data/report for external staff policy and external staff management within the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR Generalist, payroll, or vendor management.
  • Experience working in a large, complex multinational (MNC) environment is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to manage employee facing HR cases requiring sound judgment, problem solving, discretion, and clear communication.
  • Comfortable operating within structured policies, compliance frameworks, and external staff governance environments.
  • Familiarity with Singapore HR statutory requirements and processes.
  • Knowledge of local compliance requirements is considered an advantage.
  • Emphasis on professional maturity and ability to manage complex, high volume HR interactions, rather than years of experience alone.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Sense of urgency and good employee relations skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
  • Fluent to communicate in English as this role will require to work closely with line manager from global team.
