Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • A passionate HR that makes an impact to the organisation
  • Responsible for HR operations in relation to Recruitment and Selection, Career Fairs, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Manpower Planning and Projects
  • Ensure Recruitment activities are in accordance with TAFEP guidelines and equal employment opportunities
  • Facilitate and manage onboarding and offboarding
  • Partner with Institutions of Higher Learning
  • Coach and guide hiring Managers
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or equivalent
  • At least 10 to 12 years of HR operations experiences working in a similar capacity in an MNC
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Prior experience with HR Systems
  • Preferably with Payroll experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees of all levels
  • A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage demanding workload and hands-on
  • High integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information and/or projects
  • Flexible and self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Excellent English written & verbal communication skills
