Job Details:

. Basic salary: $3,100 to $4,000

. Working days: Mon to Fri

. Working hours: 8.30am to 6.15pm

. Location: Changi South (Company transport at Woodlands / AMK / Yishun / Sengkang / Punggol / Bedok)

. Entitled to AWS and VB

Job Description:

. Responsible for talent acquisition which includes conducting the initial screening of potential candidates, coordinating assessments, scheduling interviews, drafting employment contracts, and assisting in employee onboarding activities.

. Manage the employee life cycle by providing workforce administration support to the internal People & Organization department

. Support People & Organization reporting and analysis, including generating reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to make informed People & Organization decision-making.

. Manage and maintain employee files and other People & Organization related documents, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

. Responsible for work pass matters, including new work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

. Analyze and enhance internal workflows.

. Drive and coordinate employee engagement activities.

Job Requirements:

. Candidates who have prior experience in the HR field are highly advantageous
