HR Senior Executive (Payroll & HR Operations)
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to oversee end-to-end payroll administration and employee tax processes, ensuring compliance with statutory and internal requirements. You will also support the onboarding and deployment of temporary and project-based staff.
Responsibilities:
Payroll & Employee Administration -
- Manage the full payroll cycle for all employment types (full-time, part-time, temporary, project-based), including accurate monthly processing, CPF submissions, payroll consolidation, audit preparation, and government reporting.
- Prepare and distribute month-end payroll reports to internal stakeholders promptly.
- Liaise with statutory bodies on compliance matters and handle government-related claims.
- Administer employee tax processes, including annual tax submissions, tax clearance, and advisory support.
- Manage leave administration, including time-off arrangements and government-paid leave schemes.
Temporary/Project-Based Staff Deployment -
- Coordinate interview arrangements and support the onboarding of temporary or project-based staff.
- Issue employment contracts and facilitate documentation requirements.
- Support orientation and induction activities for new staff.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant statutory and accreditation standards.
HR Operations Support -
- Provide operational and administrative support across HR programs, projects, and initiatives to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with strong numerical skills.
- Minimum 4 years payroll experience.
- Proficient in Excel and digital tools HRIS experience a plus.
