What you'll be doing
Partner with department heads and line managers to provide HR advice and support on manpower planning, workforce forecasting, and resourcing strategies
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including supporting staffing needs, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding and offboarding
Support performance management processes, including talent reviews, coaching managers, and driving constructive performance outcomes
Provide guidance on employee relations matters and work with stakeholders to address staff concerns, conduct investigations, and facilitate fair resolutions
Analyse HR metrics and manpower data to generate insights and support decision-making on retention, attrition, and workforce planning
Advise on HR policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory matters to ensure alignment with best practice and legal standards
Support HR initiatives and projects to enhance organisational capability, employee engagement, and people processes
Work closely with HR shared services and Centres of Excellence to ensure seamless HR operations and delivery of HR programmes
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or related studies
2 - 4 years of HR experience with exposure to HR business partnering, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR operations healthcare experience is an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels
Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical abilities comfortable working with HR metrics and reporting
Good knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations, and best practices in HR
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (Prosoft/ SAP)
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
