Job Responsibilities:
- Support development and implementation of HR initiatives and programmes
- Partner with departments to provide HR support across recruitment, employee engagement, learning, rewards, and staff wellbeing
- Administer HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, manpower reporting, and employee-related processes
- Build strong relationships with employees and departments through regular engagement and communication
- Support employee engagement activities, projects, and organisational events
- Participate in process improvement and innovation initiatives within HR operations
- Provide timely HR advice and support to stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related documentation
- Support ad hoc projects and duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related discipline
- 2-3 years of relevant HR experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
