In this role, you will play a key role in talent acquisition and HR operations, partnering with business leaders to attract and retain top talent while ensuring a positive and consistent employee experience. You will also contribute to broader HR initiatives such as onboarding, performance management, and engagement programs that strengthen our people and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to plan and execute recruitment strategies that support business growth.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Manage monthly payroll processing includes CPF contribution, Taxation, etc related to payroll matters.
- Support the employee lifecycle, including confirmation, benefits administration, and offboarding activities.
- Manage and ensure accurate employee particulars are capture in the HR system, handle work pass applications, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, performance management and any ad-hoc activities.
- Assist in HR projects such as digitalization, process enhancement, and policy reviews.
- Maintain accurate HR records and data to support effective reporting and decision-making.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of HR generalist experience in Singapore with strong exposure to recruitment.
- Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities organized, resourceful, and adaptable.
