Job Description

In this role, you will play a key role in talent acquisition and HR operations, partnering with business leaders to attract and retain top talent while ensuring a positive and consistent employee experience. You will also contribute to broader HR initiatives such as onboarding, performance management, and engagement programs that strengthen our people and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to plan and execute recruitment strategies that support business growth.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing includes CPF contribution, Taxation, etc related to payroll matters.
  • Support the employee lifecycle, including confirmation, benefits administration, and offboarding activities.
  • Manage and ensure accurate employee particulars are capture in the HR system, handle work pass applications, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, performance management and any ad-hoc activities.
  • Assist in HR projects such as digitalization, process enhancement, and policy reviews.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and data to support effective reporting and decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of HR generalist experience in Singapore with strong exposure to recruitment.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities organized, resourceful, and adaptable.
