Our client is a local player in education industry. Due to business needs, our client is now recruiting a Talent Acquisition Executive to be part of their HR team. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Job Description of Talent Acquisition Executive:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
• Drive innovative sourcing to attract diverse, qualified talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and recruitment partners.
• Oversee onboarding and analyze hiring data for improvements.
• Manage HR reports, work pass applications, and contracts.

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Human Resource, Business or related study
• At least 2 - 3 years of end to end recruitment experience
