- Execute full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through job postings, referrals, and various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates by understanding their career goals and managing their expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Oversee administrative matters related to candidates, including payroll processing and benefits coordination.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and support company growth.
- Manage client accounts by understanding hiring requirements and delivering suitable talent solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
