Key Responsibilities

. Identify, source, and assess potential candidates based on hiring requirements.

. Conduct interviews and manage candidate selection procedures.

. Develop job descriptions and prepare interview questions.

. Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and hiring activities.

. Lead discussions with departments on quarterly and annual manpower and hiring needs.

. Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

. Actively participate in Human Resource activities related to hiring, candidate management, and talent acquisition.

. Support the team in achieving recruitment targets and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Confident, proactive, and comfortable interacting with people.

. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

. Recruitment or HR experience is an advantage, but Training provided.

. Open to professionals, students, fresh graduates, and individuals seeking flexible work opportunities.
