Role Description
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating hiring decisions. This role ensures the company hires qualified talent efficiently and maintains a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS systems
- Prepare and extend job offers
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Qualifications- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
- Ability to work independently and in teams
