Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings and manage the full recruitment lifecycle via MyCareersFuture.
- Draft clear, compelling job descriptions tailored to attract qualified internet-industry candidates.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications with efficiency and professionalism.
- Conduct debriefs and refine recruitment processes based on results and feedback.
- Assist hiring managers with candidate evaluation and selection, ensuring high-quality hiring decisions.
- Uphold fair and merit-based hiring practices compliant with Singapore's Tripartite Guidelines and FCF standards.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of HR/recruitment experience within internet, gaming, or digital-focused organizations.
- Citizenship or permanent residency in Singapore.
- Full professional proficiency in English proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, particularly for drafting effective recruitment copy.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
