A leading global organisation is hiring an HR Project Manager to support a large-scale payroll transformation programme across multiple countries, driving successful implementation, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness.
ResponsibilitiesYou will manage payroll project activities including vendor transition, testing, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live execution. Working closely with HR, Finance, HRIS, payroll vendors, and regional stakeholders, you will drive project delivery, monitor risks and dependencies, support change management activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements. You will also prepare project updates, dashboards, and governance reporting for key stakeholders.
RequirementsYou possess at least 5 years of HR project management experience within regional or global environments, with exposure to payroll transformation, HR systems implementation, or HR operating model projects. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar HRIS platforms is preferred. Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, problem-solving, and advanced Excel skills are essential. Candidates with experience supporting multi-country payroll implementations will be highly regarded.
