The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering our client, a famous Tech MNC
- We are looking for a People Operations Specialist
- The role will start out as a contract
- Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
- 5-8 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Organisational Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, or related fields.
- Specifically in launching a new Performance Management system and annual engagement survey.
- Strong project/program coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, documentation, and follow-through across multiple workstreams.
- Strong written communication and analytical skills, with comfort preparing concise materials, summaries, reports, and stakeholder-ready outputs.
- Prior experience supporting performance management, talent review, employee listening, engagement surveys, or large-scale HR program rollouts will be a plus.
- Comfortable working with survey data, reporting outputs, spreadsheets, and basic analysis to identify themes and insights will be a plus.
Job Description
- Support the design, documentation, and operationalisation of Performance Management policy and process details, including manager guidance, FAQs, process playbooks, and implementation materials.
- Partner with internal People teams to design and coordinate enablement programs, training materials, stakeholder reviews, and communications for managers and employees.
- Support the annual engagement survey cycle, including survey design, administration, response monitoring, reporting, analysis, and preparation of leadership-ready insights.
