Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily office administration, employee onboarding/offboarding and employee lifecycle support.
  • Manage office facilities, access cards, insurance, office supplies and other administrative matters.
  • Support AHR system operations, including employee data management and coordination with HQ and country HR teams.
  • Support corporate culture initiatives, employee engagement activities and annual engagement surveys.
  • Coordinate and communicate HQ cultural materials and international cultural training.
  • Maintain HR-related guidelines, employee handbooks, benefit information and other working materials.
  • Work closely with HR, Operations and regional teams to support various projects and ad-hoc assignments.
  • Continuously explore creative ideas to enhance employee engagement and workplace experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in HR, administration, employee engagement or corporate culture.
  • Proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with strong ownership and execution skills.
  • Creative and willing to bring new ideas to employee engagement and workplace culture.
