Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  2. Calculate and verify headcount, attendance, and sales commission data for seamless payroll integration.
  3. Audit and maintain employee records across all HR systems to guarantee strict data integrity and reliability.
  4. Drive system integrations, specifically linking leave and attendance tracking with the payroll platform to automate data flow.
  5. Manage onboarding and offboarding administration, including work pass applications/renewals and insurance enrollments.
  6. Administer employee lifecycle documents, including employment certification, incentive plan letters, and annual insurance renewals.
  7. Generate critical HR and payroll reports, handling internal headcount reporting, MOM surveys, and market benchmarks (e.g., Mercer/Comptify).
  8. Assist in HR/payroll system implementations, designing improved automated workflows for processes like new hire onboarding.
  9. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades and draft clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user manuals.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas) essential for payroll processing and data analysis.
  3. Highly meticulous and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential payroll data accurately.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve payroll discrepancies and troubleshoot system integration issues.
  5. Self-organized and hands-on, capable of working independently and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong business acumen and a high level of professionalism when managing cross-departmental HR operations. Regional experience is highly advantageous.
