Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Calculate and verify headcount, attendance, and sales commission data for seamless payroll integration.
- Audit and maintain employee records across all HR systems to guarantee strict data integrity and reliability.
- Drive system integrations, specifically linking leave and attendance tracking with the payroll platform to automate data flow.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding administration, including work pass applications/renewals and insurance enrollments.
- Administer employee lifecycle documents, including employment certification, incentive plan letters, and annual insurance renewals.
- Generate critical HR and payroll reports, handling internal headcount reporting, MOM surveys, and market benchmarks (e.g., Mercer/Comptify).
- Assist in HR/payroll system implementations, designing improved automated workflows for processes like new hire onboarding.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades and draft clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user manuals.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas) essential for payroll processing and data analysis.
- Highly meticulous and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential payroll data accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve payroll discrepancies and troubleshoot system integration issues.
- Self-organized and hands-on, capable of working independently and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and a high level of professionalism when managing cross-departmental HR operations. Regional experience is highly advantageous.
