Job Description

  • Managed employee compensation and benefits administration, including insurance, leave, medical claims, salary reviews, and bonus exercises.

  • Handled work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for work passes while ensuring compliance with MOM regulations.

  • Coordinated training and development programs, maintained training records, and supported training analysis and reporting.

  • Provided backup support for monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary payments, statutory deductions, and compliance with Singapore employment regulations.

  • Supported HR governance and PDPA compliance by ensuring proper handling, confidentiality, and protection of employee data.

  • Generated and maintained HR reports, including headcount, payroll, and training reports, to support HR operations and management reporting.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with 3-5 years of HR and payroll experience, preferably in Singapore.

  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, payroll processing, work pass administration, and training coordination. Familiar with HRIS/payroll systems TimesSoft.
