Location: Paya Lebar (East)
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon to Fri)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the preparation and processing of payroll twice a month
2. Submit claims for Government-Paid Leave and NS Claims.
3. Submit CPF and Annual Tax Filing for all employees.
4. Handle employees queries on payroll related matters promptly
5. Ensure correct employee particulars and update payroll information
6. Update and maintain employee database
7. Preparation of monthly payroll reports and other ad-hoc reports as required
8. Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma in any field
. At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience is required
. Prior experience handling payroll processing
. Proficient in MS Office Advanced Excel & TimeSoft Payroll System
. Highly committed and able to work independently in fast pace environment
. Independent and Proactive
. Ability to work under tight deadlines
. Meticulous, detailed and good with numbers
. Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
