Job Description

HR Payroll Assistant

Responsibilities

. Monthly Full Payroll Process

. Creation & Update Employee Database

. Prepare & Generate Payroll Report

. Preparation & submission of tax matters

. Monthly CPF report

. Answering employees queries / grievance

. Filing and Any others related HR Payroll matters.

Requirements:-

  • Min GCE O level / Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources / Higher Nitec in Business Study
  • Proficient in Ms Office Application
  • Knowledge in Info-Tech payroll software is an advantage
  • Able to liaise with mandarin speaking workers
  • Meticulous and well organized
  • Positive attitude, responsible and a team player

Salary: Subject to experience & qualifications
