Job Description:
Partners with Senior Leadership to implement policies at the region or large country that focus on talent development, talent selection, talent management, performance management, total rewards, coaching and connection, culture, employee experience/engagement, and positive employee relations within dedicated BU organizations. (40%)
Leads professionals and/or managers when applicable, while also demonstrating effective leadership in situations where direct reports may not be present to ensure that the goals of the team align with overall company strategy. (25%)
Develops solutions to support senior management in organizational development through cultural and process perspective. Develops and drives region-level HR programs and initiatives for the assigned internal customer group. (25%)
Establishes objectives and procedures, oversees work activities, monitors the status of projects, and serves as an escalation point for questions. (10%)

Experience/Skills/Certifications:
Education: Bachelor or university degree Preferred in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Experience:15+ years of experience Management experience Deep knowledge of HR processes Advanced knowledge in MS Office and HRIS, Workday preferred Strong analytical skills Strong communication skills High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality PHR or equivalent preferred
