Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for HR activities (HR projects, M&A), including data collation, documentation tracking, and coordination of activities
- Support HR operational processes such as employee records management, onboarding/offboarding administration, and HR documentation updates
- Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and logistics for HR initiatives and projects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
- Review & Benchmark: Audit current HR policies against local labor laws and identify updates required.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Prior internship in HR operations, preferably in data handling and reporting experience
- Exposure to HR systems or digital tools would be an advantage
- Ability to start work within short notice
