Job Description

  • Manage E-leave & E-attendance via Info-Tech System, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee's attendance
  • Ability to do General Ledger will be preffered
  • Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
  • Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
  • Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
  • Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
  • Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
  • Responsible for monthly payroll and salary processing
  • Maintenance of proper filing system & employee records
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma in Human Resources, Administrative / Business Studies or any other related field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in HR & Payroll Administration. Familiar with Info-Tech System will be a bonus.
  • Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Meticulous with a high level of integrity
  • A team player with a flair for numbers
  • Able to multi-task, responsible & willing to learn
