Manage E-leave & E-attendance via Info-Tech System, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee's attendance
Ability to do General Ledger will be preffered
Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
Responsible for monthly payroll and salary processing
Maintenance of proper filing system & employee records
Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma in Human Resources, Administrative / Business Studies or any other related field
At least 1 year of working experience in HR & Payroll Administration. Familiar with Info-Tech System will be a bonus.
Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Meticulous with a high level of integrity
A team player with a flair for numbers
Able to multi-task, responsible & willing to learn
