- Work Location - Central Region
- Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary - up to $3160
- Govt Agencies, 12 months contract
Job Scope:
- Coordinate recruitment and management of temporary staff, including job postings and billing support
- Support the planning and execution of staff welfare and organisational development (OD) initiatives and events
- Develop and design communication materials such as EDMs and visual content for internal campaigns and announcements
- Maintain and update employee records, and support onboarding processes for new hires
- Assist in finance-related functions, including reporting, data consolidation, and audit support
- Provide administrative and facilities management support to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in HR, administration, or operations will have an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) experience with design tools (e.g. Canva) is an advantage
