Your new company
A financial services company is looking for a HR operations

Your new role

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Responsible for new hire onboarding in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and induction processes
  • Handle employee exits, including leave reconciliation, system updates, and payroll coordination
  • Prepare and review employment-related documentation (e.g., certification letters, visa support, PR applications)
  • Provides day-to-day HR advisory support to employees and managers on policies and processes
  • Coordinate monthly payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of payroll inputs
  • Perform checks and validation of employee records and HR systems
  • Liaise with payroll team to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with payroll timelines
  • Maintains audit-ready documentation and strong data governance standards
  • Oversee compliance-related processes such as background screening and monthly name screening
  • Support statutory and regulatory submissions (e.g., MOM surveys)
  • Monitor work pass matters, including renewals and documentation
  • Process invoices from HR vendors (e.g., background screening, medical providers, payroll-related services)
  • Monitor service delivery, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely completion of activities
  • Support HR reporting and analysis (e.g., attrition data, TA dashboard insights)

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 2 to 3 years HR experience, preferably in operations or a generalist role
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong sense of ownership and integrity with ability to handle confidential information
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
