Profile:
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced HR Operations professional to join our team in a foundational role. This individual will be instrumental in strengthening our HR infrastructure, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliant, scalable HR practices across the organisation.
The ideal candidate is highly process-driven, well-versed in Singapore employment regulations, and confident in independently managing full-cycle payroll and HRIS systems. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a growing environment, builds structure from the ground up, and takes ownership of HR operations end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Design, review, and implement structured HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Develop, draft, and update HR policies, employee handbook, and governance frameworks in compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency, compliance, governance, and employee experience.
Establish strong documentation and audit-ready HR practices.
Independently manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with high accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS (AIS submissions), tax clearance (IR21), and statutory contributions.
Manage and process all work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and quota monitoring (e.g. EP, S Pass, Work Permit) in accordance with MOM regulations.
Monitor foreign manpower quota and dependency ratio ceilings to ensure compliance.
Stay updated with changes in Singapore labour laws and MOM guidelines, ensuring company practices remain compliant.
Lead or support HRIS implementation, migration, and optimisation initiatives.
Drive system automation and digitalisation to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure HR data integrity, reporting accuracy, and effective system utilisation across departments.
Employee Support & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related queries, ensuring timely, professional, and solutions-oriented support.
Partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen HR operations and service delivery.
Support HR projects and ad-hoc initiatives aligned with business growth.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in HR management or any discipline related.
At least 4 years of HR operations experience in Singapore.
Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and statutory regulations.
Proven hands-on experience managing full-cycle payroll independently.
Experience in HRIS implementation, migration, or system enhancement projects.
Demonstrated track record in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational, planning, and execution skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Resourceful, self-motivated, can-do attitude, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
IHRP-CP certification is advantageous.
