Our client is a leading global financial institution with a strong and growing presence across Asia Pacific. This is a rare opportunity to join its regional HR team as a HR Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the APAC Head of People, you will deliver high-quality HR operations support across the region, underpinning the firm's continued expansion in the region. You will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding, recruitment coordination, learning operations, Workday data management, and employment visa applications.

You will partner closely with business leaders and HR colleagues across multiple offices to ensure efficient, consistent and high-touch delivery of HR services. You will also support the implementation of HR initiatives, while upholding strong standards of accuracy, compliance and service excellence.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with 7 to 12 years of HR operations experience, ideally gained within global financial institutions, professional services firms or progressive multinational organisations. You bring strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You are articulate, professional and detail-oriented, with sound judgement in handling sensitive matters. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to support business and HR operations in China.
