HR Operations Specialist (Changi/1 Year Contract/Semiconductor/Up to $5000)

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support employee lifecycle activities in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding activities including preboarding, Day 1 readiness, medical clearance, work pass coordination, and orientation programs.
• Support onsite interview coordination and staffing operations.
• Process internal transfers, payroll-related updates, benefits forms, and employee documentation.
• Manage work pass applications with external vendors and support MyCareersFuture job postings.
• Handle employee benefits administration, training coordination, and offboarding processes.
• Support HR events, employee engagement activities, audits, reporting, and HR projects.
• Manage CCP claims and other HR operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR Operations / Staffing Operations experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or Talent Possible is an advantage.
