Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering exclusively with an International financial services firm to appoint a Human Resources Specialist on a 6‑month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose‑driven organisation with regional and global operations, known for excellence, integrity, and building high‑performing businesses. The role sits within a lean, high‑calibre HR team in a dynamic and globally connected environment.

This individual will support day‑to‑day HR operations in Singapore and other regional offices, delivering a full spectrum of HR support across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, responsibilities will include managing employment contracts, payroll and benefits administration, employee data and reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal governance and local employment regulations. The role will also oversee pre‑boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes, coordinate with external vendors such as payroll providers and recruiters, support recruitment logistics, and contribute to ad‑hoc people projects.

The successful candidate will be a meticulous, results‑oriented HR professional with a over 5 years of experience in HR operations. They will demonstrate strong communication and relationship‑management skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
