Our client is looking for a hands-on HR & People Operations Executive to be the trusted first point of contact for employees while driving seamless day-to-day HR operations, workplace support, and systems.

What You'll Do

People Operations & Employee Experience

  • Be the go-to HR partner for employee queries, support, and day-to-day people matters.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, internal movements, and employment documentation across Singapore and European employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Support performance review cycles, compensation processes, promotions, and role changes.
  • Coordinate learning & development initiatives and onboarding programs.

Hiring & Workforce Operations

  • Manage job postings and coordinate hiring activities with business stakeholders.
  • Support interview scheduling, offers, onboarding logistics, and EOR coordination.
  • Track hiring pipelines, headcount, and workforce changes across regions.

Payroll, Benefits & Compliance

  • Coordinate monthly payroll (Singapore and international via vendors).
  • Handle CPF, IRAS, MOM requirements and support work pass applications.
  • Manage benefits administration, insurance, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Act, PDPA, WSH, ISO27001, and internal policies.

HR Systems, Data & Insights

  • Maintain HRIS and internal HR portal (org structures, JDs, policies).
  • Support audits and internal reviews
  • Leverage data and AI tools to identify people trends, risks, and opportunities.

Office & Workplace Operations

  • Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong foundation in HR operations and employee lifecycle management
  • Experience with payroll coordination and compliance in Singapore
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Comfortable working with global teams and European setups
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
  • Confident communicator who can collaborate and also push back when needed
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools and data to improve HR processes
  • Thrives in a startup environment - adaptable, hands-on, and solution-driven.
