The Team

This role contributes by delivering reliable, end‑to‑end HR operations that support both employees and business objectives. It oversees key people processes including recruitment administration, employment contracts, onboarding, employee benefits, and day‑to‑day HR administration while ensuring full compliance with labour laws and company policies. The role supports the development and maintenance of clear HR policies, accurate employee records, and compliant documentation. By partnering closely with management, it provides practical HR support and contributes to effective workforce planning and organizational decisions.

How You Will Contribute

  • Manage recruitment process including issuing employment contracts
  • Conduct new employee onboarding processes
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures in accordance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Support in employee benefits administration, such as health insurance and other perks or incentives.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, maintaining accurate HR records, and managing documentation related to employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to provide HR support and contribute to strategic planning related to human resources.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Good understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
  • Strong ability in using of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) will be a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, including ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Meticulous and attention to detail
  • Superior interpersonal attributes including communication and soft skills, ability to work in a team, results/performance-oriented work style
