Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate part-time staff schedules and hotel manpower arrangements
  • Follow up with workers on attendance, reporting time, grooming and uniform requirements
  • Handle daily WhatsApp communication with workers and internal team
  • Assist with recruitment, interview arrangement and onboarding of new part-time workers
  • Prepare and update attendance records, staff lists and basic operation documents
  • Communicate with hotel clients when required
  • Support daily manpower planning and urgent replacement arrangements
  • Assist the management team with HR and operations-related tasks

Requirements

  • Responsible, patient and able to handle pressure
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Able to work independently after training
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with admin work
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, hotel, F&B, manpower coordination or operations will be an advantage
  • Familiar with WhatsApp, Excel / Google Sheets and basic computer work
  • Able to handle urgent situations calmly
