- Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Support HR reporting and basic analytics (e.g. headcount, turnover, onboarding timelines, compliance metrics).
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to support payroll, benefits administration, and employee data reconciliation.
4. Benefits & Employee Experience
- Support benefits administration, renewals, benchmarking, and employee communications related to benefits and policies.
- Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies (e.g. flexible work arrangements) to ensure regulatory alignment and clarity.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and service quality.
5. Culture, Engagement & HR Projects
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement, culture, and internal events in collaboration with HR and Admin teams.
- Assist in regional or company-wide HR projects (e.g. system enhancements, process re-design, mobility frameworks).
- Collect employee feedback and operational insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
- Exposure to employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and compliance processes.
