Our client is a leading investment management firm seeking a sharp and analytical HR Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a unique operational role that sits at the intersection of HR, data analytics, and business strategy. You will be responsible for the seamless delivery of HR operations while using people data to generate powerful insights that influence their most important business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Payroll:
- Manage the full spectrum of day-to-day HR operational and administrative tasks, including but not limited to visa applications and HR database maintenance.
- Take independent ownership of the end-to-end monthly payroll process and the annual tax reporting for their offices in APAC.
- Ensure all HR processes are executed with the highest level of accuracy and compliance.
Data Analysis & Storytelling:
- Extract, synthesize, and analyze people data to identify trends, metrics, and insights that inform our people strategy.
- Clean, prepare, and validate data to ensure high-quality reporting and analysis.
- Conduct a range of analytical activitiesfrom basic forecasting and budgeting to more complex multi-variant analysisto solve business challenges.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to provide a clear view of key workforce metrics.
Strategic Partnership & Process Improvement:
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand their needs and design effective, data-driven solutions.
- Recommend and help implement improvements to business processes, automated workflows, and system configurations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across HR.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing the full payroll cycle in Singapore (is a must).
- Exceptional analytical skills and a high degree of data literacy. You must be comfortable working with and interpreting large datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) and PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
- A curious mindset, with a passion for understanding human behavior through data and a patient, meticulous approach to data management.
- High level of professionalism and unwavering integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
