MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

About the Role

MetaComp is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Operations Analyst to support and optimize our people operations across the organization. This role will play a critical part in managing HR processes, maintaining employee data integrity, supporting reporting and analytics, and driving operational efficiency across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technology and fintech environment. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations while contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

  • Support day-to-day HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems and databases
  • Coordinate employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfers, promotions, and other HR documentation
  • Support payroll inputs, leave administration, benefits coordination, and employee records management
  • Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies and local regulatory requirements

HR Data & Analytics

  • Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards including headcount, attrition, hiring pipeline, onboarding status, and workforce metrics
  • Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Support manpower planning and organizational reporting requirements
  • Maintain HR trackers and support audit or compliance-related requests

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Support implementation and optimization of HR systems, dashboards, and automation tools
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve employee experience and operational scalability
  • Assist in documenting HR SOPs, workflows, and process guidelines

Employee Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR operational inquiries
  • Support onboarding experience for new hires including orientation coordination and system setup tracking
  • Ensure timely resolution of HR administrative and operational issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related discipline
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Analytics, or HR Administration
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and HR reporting
  • Experience working with HRIS, ATS, or payroll systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, technology, startup, or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with regional HR operations across Asia markets
  • Exposure to HR automation tools, dashboards, or workflow systems
  • Experience supporting payroll coordination and workforce reporting
  • Knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance requirements
