Job Description

Salary: $2760 - $3000 / month
Location: One North
Contract: 12 months
Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities

1. General Administration

  • Administer internship feedback forms and maintain accurate records.

  • Handle enquiries from hiring supervisors and interns on internship-related matters, including ERP submissions, stipends, onboarding timelines, laptop requests, temporary passes, and leave applications.

2. Training Coordination & Operations Support

  • Training Coordination: Liaise with departments to consolidate training schedules and manage the SharePoint training repository.

  • Enrolment & Tracking: Monitor registrations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

  • ITE Partnership: Manage ITE-IME agreements, pre-enrolment documentation, and onboarding processes as the main point of contact.

  • Programme Administration: Support training logistics, including participant briefings, room setup, and attendance tracking.

  • Finance & Reporting: Oversee end-to-end billing processes and ensure accurate invoice processing.

  • Undertake any other duties or projects assigned in support of the department's strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related disciplines.
  • No prior experience are welcome
  • Candidates with experience in administrative, operations, HR, training coordination, or internship management roles will have an added advantage.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to manage complex administrative tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and Forms.
