Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Hiring:Write job descriptions, post vacancies, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and facilitate hiring.Conduct background checks and manage the selection process.
  • Onboarding & Training:Develop and implement effective onboarding for new hires.Organize training programs and staff development.
  • Compensation & Benefits:Administer payroll, manage benefits, and ensure timely payments.
  • Employee Relations & Discipline:Address employee grievances, handle disciplinary actions, and provide policy counseling.
  • Performance Management:Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and assist with performance improvement plans.
  • HR Administration & Compliance:Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, data).Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Workplace Environment:Oversee health, safety, and welfare.Implement HR projects like engagement and culture-building.
