Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle and provide comprehensive HR support to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and effective HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute full recruitment cycle from job postings to new hire onboarding, ensuring a streamlined and timely hiring process that meets organizational needs
- Provide full range support in HR duties including recruitment and selection, preparation of contract, new hire orientation, employee relations, and manpower planning etc.
- Manage and process employee Work Pass in accordance with statutory requirements monitoring the work passes for company.
- Manage HR Administrative duties such as preparation of all HR related letters, Work Pass (Work Permit, S/Employment Pass) applications for renewal and cancellations, insurance, maintaining Employee P-File and HR Documentation
- Ensure company regulations and practices are in accordance to the Employment Act and Statutory requirements.
- Knowledge of Payroll, Learning & Development is an advantage.
- Any others ad-hoc duties related to work scope as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related fields
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in Recruitment within built environment or related fields/industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possess good knowledge of Employment Act and MOM employment rules
