Job Description


Provide administrative support in an assigned area of HR services, which may include:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding Administration
  • Course Scheduling
  • Work Pass Applications
  • Handle general staff queries/matters
  • Contract Renewals
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects


  • Singapore Citizen
  • Min Diploma in any discipline
  • Min 3 year of related HR work experience
  • Able to start immediately will be an advantage
  • Conversant in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Knowledge of Success Factors would be ideal
