Job Description

Reporting to the HR Manager, this position supports the HR functions and is responsible for the daily HR administrative duties, including onboarding and offboarding formalities, staff orientation/induction, and office administration.


  • Administer employees records and ensure required personal documents are in place.
  • Documentation preparation for onboarding and offboarding.
  • Updating HR policies, guidelines, processes, and referral programs.
  • Data entry of employee data into the HRIS and ESS system
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Administer Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Perform reference checks for candidates.
  • Provide response to employees enquires on HR-related matters
  • Prepare Employee Commendation Award Certificates and Vouchers
  • Coordination of employee induction and training programs
  • Provide support on HR initiatives, CSR activities, employee engagement activities, process improvement projects, and events.
  • Carry out HR activities in accordance with internal SOPs and statutory compliances.
  • Filing of documents and P-files.


  • Diploma in HR management or its equivalent
  • With 3 years of experience in HR administration
  • Possess high energy level and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident, result-oriented, take the initiative, and able to work under pressure
  • Independent and highly resourceful driven individuals
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Meticulous with details
  • Experience in recruitment cycle and work pass applications
