Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic HR team where you play a crucial role in facilitating accurate payroll processing and enhancing HR operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to administrative excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, including data compilation, validation, submission, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timely execution. Manage employee administration tasks, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and data updates. Support the recruitment processes via CV screening, interview coordination, and documentation management. Identify improvement opportunities within HR processes, focusing on efficiency and accuracy. Develop and maintain HR tracking systems using Excel, including automation and data validation features. Prepare regular HR reports covering headcount and payroll summaries. Ensure adherence to local labour regulations and internal policies while maintaining confidentiality of employee data. Collaborate effectively with the HR Lead and act as a backup for various HR functions as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree is required. 2-5 years of relevant experience, particularly within HR operations or payroll roles. Preferred experience in the banking or financial services sector. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, covering formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data reconciliation capabilities. Familiarity with payroll systems is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and high accuracy under time constraints. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment. Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Demonstrated integrity with the ability to handle sensitive information competently. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
