Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in the construction industry. The HR Officer will support daily HR operations, worker administration, work pass matters, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and compliance with MOM and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
. Handle HR administration and maintain proper employee and worker records.
. Manage work pass matters, including Work Permit, S Pass, EP application support, renewal, cancellation, and updates in MOM systems.
. Monitor workers work pass expiry, passport expiry, medical check-up, insurance, and related documents.
. Coordinate worker deployment, attendance, timecards, leave records, and site manpower updates.
. Assist in monthly payroll preparation, including overtime, deductions, allowances, and attendance checking.
. Liaise with site supervisors, project teams, workers, agents, and management on HR-related matters.
. Maintain proper filing for worker documents, employment contracts, salary records, insurance, safety documents, and statutory records.
. Support CPF, IRAS, MOM, BCA, and other government-related HR compliance matters where required.
. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding of workers and staff.
. Ensure company HR practices comply with MOM regulations and Singapore employment laws.
. Prepare HR letters, memos, reports, and other administrative documents as needed.
. Support management with any other HR and administrative duties.
