Duties and Responsibilities:
. Perform Human Resource Functions & Duties and general admin roles
. Process Payroll matters
. Manage company attendance system
. Prepare HR related Letters and documents
. Handle Work pass application, renewal, and cancellation
. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
. Minimum 5 year of Singapore local working experiences in a generalist role
. Preferable with experience handling blue-collar workers
. Self-motivated, meticulous, independent, responsible and able to multi-task in fast-pace environment
. Good in Microsoft Office Applications
. Good teamwork and positive work attitude and take initiative in problem solving
