Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment & selection, work pass applications, HR data management, training, HR audits, and performance appraisal.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and HR initiatives.
Support staff training and development programs.
Act as a business partner to employees and line managers by facilitating communication, sharing information, and driving employee engagement and motivation.
Prepare reports in Chinese as required.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Master in Human Resources or related majors
More than 1 year of experience in a similar role, and experience in construction industry will be a plus
Knowledge of Singapore employment laws
Willing and eager to learn, enthusiastic, teamwork and problem solving is a must
