Our client is seeking a proactive and well-organized HR & Office Manager (NEW POSITION) to oversee human resources coordination and office administration for our Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Payroll
- Liaise with outsourced HR service provider on payroll processing and HR administrative matters.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Corporate Administration
- Coordinate with corporate secretarial service providers on corporate secretarial matters for Singapore and BVI entities.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure timely filing of corporate documents.
Insurance Management
- Manage and coordinate company insurance policies, including Singapore office insurance and worldwide company coverage.
- Work with insurance brokers/providers on policy renewals, updates, and claims where required.
IT & Office Infrastructure
- Oversee office IT matters and coordinate with external IT service providers to ensure smooth system operations and timely resolution of technical issues.
Asset & Collection Management
- Work with the Collection Manager to maintain and update the register of valuable items and art pieces.
Office Administration
- Manage general office administration, including vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility matters.
- Support management with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
- Assist the MD with claims, travel arrangements and booking of air tickets.
Requirements
- Diploma Holders or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR and officE administration.
- Experience working with outsourced HR, payroll, IT, or corporate secretarial service providers is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a small office environment.
