Plan and organize various corporate culture activities to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work environment.
Plan and organize internal and external corporate culture activities of the branch to promote active participation of employees.
Collect and edit branch news, manage article writing and review processes for internal communication.
Collect branch news, edit and write internal publicity articles to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information conveyed.
Organization of the preparation and coordination of the preparation of publicity materials related to corporate culture
Maintain relationships with media outlets, monitor public sentiment, plan promotional activities, corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies and ensure timely submission of relevant reports to higher authorities.
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant social organizations coordinate the bank's participation in community activities.
Conduct research and analysis on macroeconomic trends, regulatory policies, industry developments, and competitive landscape.
Undertake additional tasks assigned by senior management and the Office Director, focusing on high-priority projects.
Requirements:
Min degree or above with prior 2-3 years of work experience in HR administrative management.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive and detail-oriented able to handle high work pressure effectively.
Strong sense of responsibility and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external Chinese stakeholders.
