Job Description

Job Summary

This role will manage the full spectrum of HR functions including HR support, administration, benefits management, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and related activities to drive effective human capital management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Administer CPF, Levy, income tax (IRAS), and leave/benefits programs to maintain regulatory compliance
  • Support recruitment activities by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to attract qualified talent
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively into the organization
  • Handle application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes to ensure legal workforce eligibility
  • Develop and update HR policies to align with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee employee termination processes to ensure compliance and respectful offboarding
  • Conduct employee counseling sessions to address workplace concerns and support employee well-being
  • Perform exit interviews to analyze termination or resignation reasons and inform retention strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance to support workforce management
  • Ensure adherence to Singapore Employment Act, labour laws, and company policies to uphold best HR practices
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports and manage HR documentation efficiently
  • Demonstrate initiative and adaptability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with stakeholders to support HR objectives and employee relations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum Master Degree or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of working experience within FMCG, F&B, or Retail industry
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, labour law, regulations, and best practices
  • Willingness to work overtime for ad hoc duties as required by director
  • Able to work 6 days per week
  • Able to work on weekend and on Public Holidays
