Utilize and manage various job portals to meet hiring needs
Work closely on hiring requirements, ensure efficient and effective on-boarding and off-boarding activities including work pass application and orientation
Responsible for payroll, CPF submissions, income tax, leave, and claims administration
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives
Work closely with HODs on Compensation and Benefits, esp Appraisal System
Maintain employee personnel files and ensure all records are up-to-date
